We send with Couriers Please and Express Australia Post @ $10 takes 1-5 business days depending on location.
As a result of COVID-19 for ALL international orders we now offer DHL Express for international orders to ensure reliability of delivery.

DHL express - $35 AUD
- Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 5 business days.
- Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from HOLIDAY the label with tracking information.
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. HOLIDAY the label cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes.
HOLIDAY the label is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to HOLIDAY, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
HOLIDAY is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed with our online store.
HOLIDAY the label will happily authorise a Store Credit or Refund for any full priced product purchased from our online store (holidaythelabel.com) within 14 days* of the products original delivery date.
Your satisfaction is our main priority and we want you to enjoy your online shopping experience with us! Although you may try on an item, all returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached and protective packaging intact.
If you would like to return a product simply email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, within 14 days for return delivery instructions. After the expiry of the 14 day period, no Refund or Store Credit can be offered.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.
HOLIDAY the label can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; for this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery with us.
You will receive your Refund or Store Credit once we have received and approved that the product is in it's original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 working days may apply.
Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a Refund, and may only be returned for a Store Credit within 14 days*.
Received something faulty/incorrect? Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help rectify the situation as soon as possible.
HOLIDAY the label reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.

Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Faulty Sale items returned for exchange, will only be accepted if;
-the goods are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact;
-the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
-the goods are returned within 10 working days of purchase date; and
-the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN ITEMS
HOLIDAY the label is not responsible for any lost or damaged, or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived, fall in the lost, damaged, stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, AfterPay and other PayPal accepted cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. All prices are in AUD. When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at receivers end.
